These terms cover your use of Faith Family Showdown (the “game”) on the web and in our mobile apps. By playing or making a purchase, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and in plain language — if anything is unclear, just email us.
Faith Family Showdown is a Christian family/party trivia game. It is free to download and play — the free Sampler pack and the core game (solo vs. the Bot and host-a-party mode) require no purchase and no account. Optional premium question packs add more content.
All sales are final. Premium content unlocks immediately and in full the moment you buy it, so purchases are non-refundable except in the limited cases below or where the law requires otherwise.
Bought on the web (card payment)
Web payments are processed by Stripe (through RevenueCat). Because the free Sampler lets you try the game before you buy, we do not refund change-of-mind, accidental, or unused purchases. Within 7 days of purchase we will review a refund only if you were charged more than once for the same item, or a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing content you paid for and we cannot resolve it. Email support@faithshowdown.com from your purchase email (or signed in to your account) with a short description, and we’ll look into it.
Bought in the App Store or Google Play
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we can’t issue those refunds directly. Request them through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (Account → Order history), and email us if you’d like help.
Signing in (with Google or Apple) is optional and only used to keep your purchases across devices. You can sign out any time, and you can delete your account and its purchase records from inside the app or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
The game and its question content are for your personal, family, and church/group use. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the content, or try to disrupt or misuse our multiplayer servers. We may suspend access for abuse.
The game is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and multiplayer requires an internet connection. We aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the game, to the extent the law allows.
If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
